Full product description for products?

The SJCAM SJ4000 WiFi is a compact, tough action camera designed for novice vloggers and hobbyists who want high-quality Full HD footage without breaking the bank. Designed for point-of-view recording, it captures 1080p video at 30 fps and 12-megapixel stills through a super wide 170° lens that emphasizes immersion and scale — great for biking, snorkeling (in the housing), travel vlogs and dash-cam style recording.  The camera supports multiple video modes (1080p/30, 720p 60/30, WVGA/VGA), H.264 compression for compact files, and offers time-lapse, burst photo and loop/dash modes for flexible use.

Wi-Fi gives you remote preview, one-touch capture and file transfer via SJCAM’s mobile app; the camera is supplied with a waterproof case rated for deep dives (housing rated to ~30 m / 100 ft) and a full accessory mounting kit so you can attach it to helmets, bikes and more.  It stores data on a microSD card (recommended Class 10, up to 32 GB) that is removable and rechargeable (900 mAh). For a low-cost action cam that covers the essentials, the SJ4000 WiFi is a dependable pick.

Step-by-step — Setup & first recording?

 Charge the battery fully:

(use the supplied USB cable).  Battery is removable — carry a spare for long shoots.

 Insert a microSD card:

(Class 10 recommended).  Camera supports microSDHC; format the card in the camera before first use.

 Mount the camera:

in the frame or waterproof case and attach the case-latch securely (if you’ll go underwater).  Check all seals.

Pressing the Power/Mode button once will turn on the camera:

Use Mode to cycle between Video / Photo / Playback / Setup.

For the best all-around video, select 1080FHD (1920 x 1080) in Setup  Resolution. 720p60 is also available, but some firmware may frame-double it. Start/stop recording: Press the OK / shutter button to begin and end recordings.  Lock important clips via the file-lock option if needed.

Enable Wi-Fi: Turn the camera on, then enable Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi button/menu).  The camera broadcasts an SSID like $J4000_xxxxx and the default password is usually 12345678 — open the SJCAM Zone (or SJCAM) app on your phone, connect to the camera’s Wi-Fi, then open the app to get live preview and remote controls.

File transfer and preview: For quick downloads, use the app; for full transfers, connect the camera to your computer via USB and select Mass Storage to copy files. Select PC Camera mode when prompted to use the camera as a PC camera.

What’s usually in the box:

Body of the camera, waterproof housing, frame mount, mounts for helmets and bikes, adhesive pads, USB cable, rechargeable battery, user manual, and a variety of adapters for mounting. (Exact kit contents vary by seller/region.)

Quick shooting tips:

For best quality, use 1080p at 30 frames per second; reduce resolution to save space. Always format a new card in the camera and keep an extra battery.

For underwater/fast action, ensure the housing is sealed and mounts are tight; use anti-fog inserts for diving.

Try 720p30 if 720p60 looks choppy; some devices use frame-doubling to achieve higher frame rates.
